Partner Terms

Thanks for checking out the Such A Voice Referral Partner Program. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, Such A Voice and our collective customers. Please read through it thoroughly, and if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to contact the program administrator at roth@suchavoice.com.

Partner Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Such A Voice Referral Partner Program. In this agreement, the term “Partner” refers to you. In this agreement, “Such A Voice” refers to Such A Voice LLC., with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Such A Voice Referral Partner Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and that agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions

Partner commissions will be equal to 5% of the total price of the referred customer's order. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links, and makes a qualified purchase within 90 days. Properly coded links will be provided in the Referral Program tab of the Member's Area.

If the product sold is on a one-time payment commission, then the Partner will receive a commission for each individual order. At this time, we are not offering commissions on any of our subscription products.

Payment

Only commissions older than 30 days are eligible for distribution. All eligible commission payments will be made by the end of each month. Payments will be distributed via our payroll system.

Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Partner has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Partner’s current balance.

Usage and Obligations

Partners are permitted to use the Such A Voice brand and marketing resources available in the Referral Program tab in the Member's Area. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Partner does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

The Partner will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Such A Voice and will never advertise Such A Voice products, courses, or events as their own.

The Partner will never bid for advertisements that compete with Such A Voice.

The Partner will never represent themselves, Such A Voice or their relationship with Such A Voice in a false or misleading way.

The Partner will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Such A Voice.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Partner terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Such A Voice will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If Such A Voice chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the Partner within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Vermont. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Partner Program rules.
