Partner Terms

Thanks for checking out the Such A Voice Rewards Program. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, Such A Voice and our collective customers. Please read through it thoroughly, and if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to contact the program administrator at roth@suchavoice.com.

Partner Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Such A Voice Rewards Program. In this agreement, the term “Partner” refers to you. In this agreement, “Such A Voice” refers to Such A Voice LLC., with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Such A Voice Rewards Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and that agree to the terms and conditions.

Payment

A successful referral will entitle both the referring partner and the student signing up to $200, to be paid out in either an Amazon.com e-gift card, or in credit to be used on Such A Voice services. A full list of eligible services can be found here. A successful referral is defined as a new student signing up for our introductory webinar via a correctly formatted link within 90 days of being sent the link, and subsequently signing up for any two-demo training and production package.

These payments will be made in batches on a monthly basis.

Usage and Obligations

Partners are permitted to use the Such A Voice brand and marketing resources available in the Referral Program tab in the Member's Area. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Partner does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

The Partner will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Such A Voice and will never advertise Such A Voice products, courses, or events as their own.

The Partner will never bid for advertisements that compete with Such A Voice.

The Partner will never represent themselves, Such A Voice or their relationship with Such A Voice in a false or misleading way.

The Partner will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Such A Voice.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Vermont. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of eligible products, payments, payment procedures, payment schedules and Partner Program rules.
