Email Deliverability Fixes

You’ll be receiving a spectrum of emails from us throughout your training, so we're providing the following guidance to ensure you won’t miss a thing.

This is important! Not only will you receive updates about new articles on the blog, you’ll also get communications from your coach, the billing department, our post-production team, and reminders to attend the several elements of your program.

But, if our emails aren’t getting through to you, you’ll be sure to miss these important communications, and you won’t receive the full benefit of being a Such A Voice student.

Creating a Gmail Account

You can create a Gmail account for your voice-over training with Such A Voice, and even keep the same address for your voice-over business after completing your demo, by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to the Google Account creation page.
  2. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account.
  3. Use the account you created to sign in to Gmail.
  4. Email raymond@suchavoice.com from your new Gmail account, asking him to assist you with updating your records here at SAV to ensure all future emails go to your new address.

Could I try something else?

If you're attached to your current email address and domain, you could try whitelisting / prioritizing emails from the @suchavoice.com domain. These steps can be helpful even if you opt to create a dedicated Gmail address for your training to ensure nothing gets missed.

  1. Click here to follow the whitelisting instructions for your email provider.
  2. If you’re a Gmail user, or you use any other web-based email that filters broadcasts away from your main inbox, be sure to “drag” any emails from Such A Voice, or any other members of the SAV team, into your Priority Inbox.
  3. Create a special “Voice-Over Training” folder where you can archive emails from Such A Voice AFTER you’ve read them. This is important… DO NOT set-up filters to automatically direct our emails into these folders, or, again, you’re likely to miss something. Simply move them manually to the folder after the information in the email has been consumed.
